Visit our Engage Consult online service to request help from the Practice and get a same day response during these daily Engage Consult request hours. Please note: we always accept administration requests throughout the week. This system cannot be accessed via patient access. 


Neighbourhood Access Hubs

Our patients now have access to a doctor at the weekends and in the evenings. Neighbourhood Access Hubs developed by Principal Medical Limited (PML) on behalf of Oxfordshire practices, have extended their opening hours so that yet more patients can benefit from national GP Access funding (GPAF). Read more about this service here.

Training future General Practitioners

We are a designated training practice and have doctors who will come to learn from us. These doctors will be fully qualified and will see patients independently. Their consultations may recorded. These recordings are viewed for educational purposes and will be destroyed after a year (you will be informed if your consultation is going to be recorded and will have the option to decline).                                                             

Online Access

Our Patient Access Service allows you to view some of your information online such as immunisations, test results and re-order your prescription. If you wish to BOOK A TELEPHONE TRIAGE CALL ONLINE please use the ENGAGE CONSULT icon at the top of the page.

Patient Access

Once registered with Patient Access you will have access from your PC, tablet or smartphone, 24hours a day, 7 days a week  to:

    • Order a repeat prescription

    • View your basic medical record (allergies and immunisations)

How to Register

      • register online and be provided with personal login details. This will enable you to set up 1 appointment. When you next visit the practice you can bring in photographic ID which will allow the practice staff to enable access to further services.

      • At the Health Centre - take ID to reception and complete an application form. You will be given your ID which will enable you to set up your login details and password
