White Horse Practice – Best in Oxfordshire for monitoring the health of the ‘middle aged’.
White Horse Medical Practice has achieved the best results in Oxfordshire for monitoring the health of patients between the ages of 40 – 74. Patients in this age group are entitled to a free NHS Health Check every five years, and our Patient Services team and Health Care Assistants have worked hard to ensure that the maximum number of patients have benefited from this initiative, achieving best results for the past 2 years.
If you are usually well, within this age group, and have not had a Health Check, contact the surgery via whmp.co.uk (and click on Engage Consult) or tel: 01367 242388 to book for yours now.
We are now able to offer appointments at weekends and evenings. For more about this service
