Welcome to The White Horse Medical Practice
If you need help from the surgery press the Engage Consult button below and choose Request Help From Surgery if none of the other options are more relevant.
Visit our Engage Consult online service to request help from the Practice and get a same day response during our daily Engage Consult request hours. We always accept administration requests throughout the week. This system cannot be accessed via patient access.
Guides on how to use Engage Consult can be found on our news page. If you require assistance using Engage Consult or are unable to access a PC then please contact us.
DO NOT ATTEND THE SURGERY IF YOU HAVE A NEW COUGH OR FEVER even if you have booked an appointment.
If you need medical help you should still contact your GP practice, use NHS 111 online or call 111. If you are told to go to hospital it is important that you go to hospital. We’ll give you the care you need.
NOTICE TO PATIENTS
Following the latest Government guidelines we will be running a reduced service until further notice in order to reduce the amount of patients entering the practice on a daily basis. These measure are necessary to safeguard our most vulnerable patients.
For facemask exemption certificates. We do not do these. If a patient feels they shouldn’t have to wear one, you can self-declare. Below is a link to the gov website, where people can download posters, badges, and mobile phone declarations:
