Some services are not covered by the NHS, and we will therefore charge a fee for completion of this work. The NHS medical care of our patients takes priority during our working day so any private letters or forms can take up to 28 days to complete and return to you. We cannot guarantee they will be completed earlier.

Examples of non-NHS work include the following:

• Medicals for pre-employment, sports and driving requirements (HGV, PSV etc.)
• Insurance claim forms
• Prescriptions for taking medication abroad
• Private sick notes
• Vaccination certificates

The fees charged for private work can be found on our latest price list, please note that these prices are currently being reviewed and are subject to change.

Please note that we do not complete Blue Badge, Disability Bus Pass or Residential Carers Parking Card forms or supporting letters.
